I shave my head and I live in the Northeast. As you can imagine, the winters are pretty ambitious which makes the hoodie necessary attire. I own many but I'm always on the lookout for a new one. Proud to be a veteran, I purchased one from 11-Bravo.
The ordering process was super easy and due to my error, I had to contact customer service. They resolved the issue immediately. In less than a week I received the hoodie. It's craftmanship, style and quality were outstanding. I was so impressed, I ordered another one (different color).
I'm sure to be a frequent-flyer with 11-Bravo. I only have two suggestions; their customer service should teach the airline industry how to treat its customers and given the quality of 11-Bravo products, might they consider selling food.
