HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I RECEIVED?
Simply ship the item(s) back to us. Please include a note inside the package letting us know what sizes/items you need. We will cover the cost of the shipping to send the item(s) back to you. We cannot exchange items that show signs or wear/use, or are dirty. We will not accept items that have pet hair on them. Our address is:

CAN I RETURN PERSONALIZED ITEMS?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been personalized. This applies to custom orders as well.

HOW CAN I SEND AN ITEM BACK FOR A REFUND?
Simply ship the item back to us in its ORIGINAL condition. Please include a note inside the package letting us know you want a refund, and it would be helpful for us to know why you are returning the item. Our address for refunds is:Â

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return, it takes us up to a week to process. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 days after receipt.Â

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGED ITEMS?
Please allow time for us to receive, & process your exchange. We typically get exchanges shipped out within 1 week after receiving them. In some cases, there may be a delay if we are out of stock in the size you are requesting.Â
