Returns/Exchanges

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I RECEIVED?

Simply ship the item(s) back to us. Please include a note inside the package letting us know what sizes/items you need. We will cover the cost of the shipping to send the item(s) back to you. We cannot exchange items that show signs or wear/use, or are dirty. We will not accept items that have pet hair on them. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been personalized. This applies to custom orders as well.

AN ITEM I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE, HOW CAN I GET A NEW ONE? 

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for a replacement. You can also e-mail scott@11bravos.com. 

 

 

CAN I RETURN PERSONALIZED ITEMS?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been personalized. This applies to custom orders as well.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

30 Days. Exceptions are made during holiday seasons to allow people to purchase early and gift at a later time. 

 

HOW CAN I SEND AN ITEM BACK FOR A REFUND?

Simply ship the item back to us in its ORIGINAL condition. Please include a note inside the package letting us know you want a refund, and it would be helpful for us to know why you are returning the item. Our address for refunds is:

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive your return, it takes us up to a week to process. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 days after receipt. 

 

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGED ITEMS?

Please allow time for us to receive, & process your exchange. We typically get exchanges shipped out within 1 week after receiving them. In some cases, there may be a delay if we are out of stock in the size you are requesting.
